To start off, the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The service is top notch. They have a patient, outgoing and knowledgeable team. The quality and taste of the food is actually phenomenal. It’s genuinely fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. 12/10 will definitely be back.

Easily one of the best healthy eats spots I’ve come across in a long time. We were visiting Lakeland and just happened to look up a spot close to where we were visiting and this choice was well worth it. We got the two base, two protein bowl and it was sooooo delicious. It was so filling too had to save the rest for later. Truly a spot to check out whenever you’re in Lakeland.

I was craving Bolay and came across Fresh Kitchen. This was the first time I've eaten at a FK, and I will definitely be back! The best item on their menu was the cauliflower mashed potatoes that are GF DF SF. So good! Food allergy safe and my picky kids liked it, too. They dont typically allow avocado in place of a protein but they made an exception for us. Definitely encourage them to realize that avocados cost no where near as much we a piece of salmon!

Absolutely amazing first experience! Staff was so nice and welcoming. Walked us through how it worked and all the options. It was a wonderful late lunch with my mother. We will definitely be coming back and telling friends(:

So glad I no longer have to drive to Tampa for Fresh Kitchen! It’s a great spot to grab lunch or dinner on the go without feeling unhealthy. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The prices are a little higher, but I’d much rather pay a bit more for a meal that makes me feel good than less for an unhealthier option, especially since I usually get two meals out of the bigger bowl. Love coming here and having such a great option close by!

Love Fresh Kitchen! It was a happy day hearing one was coming to Lakeland. Their whole idea is serving food more “fresh” and healthy. It does taste like real, whole and yummy food. I always enjoy whatever I end up getting here, and have tried a lot of different combos. It’s a big fan favorite at my office, they order FK probably several times a month (at least) for lunch. The one bad thing is the parking situation. This place is almost always crazy busy, because it’s good, so the parking is always lacking and never easy to navigate. But you can do an online order so you can pick up and go. There’s also some nice outdoor seating.

Amazing food that's freshly prepared, not heavy, but extremely flavorful. You have your bowl made by choosing exactly what you want and how much you want, with options for add-ons. The environment is not overstimulating, the staff is friendly and helpful, making this a great option for quick food that isn't fast food. We will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend visiting Fresh Kitchen!

Delicious, filling, and healthy bowls with a ton of flavor! Great service and staff, and I pretty much consider it top of it class relative to peers and a class above Chipotle.
